In the rare event of damaged or missing items, you’re protected under our “Damage plan”. Please check the “Damage plan” section in our privacy policy.

  • Our services include:

    • Free pickup
    • Wash in cold water unless instructed otherwise
    • Dry at normal temperature
    • Free drop off

    Currently, we are providing wash and fold services only.
    We will notify our customers once additional services are available.

We charge $1 per pound with a minimum order of $20. If your laundry is less than 20 pounds, the charge will still be $20.

As standard practice, we ask that our customers leave their laundry outside sheltered from weather conditions and packed in a laundry/plastic bag.

You do not need to be home as long as our driver can access your laundry outside.

We will wash your clothes in cold water unless instructed otherwise

Fabric softener is not recommended because it damages fabrics and shortens the life of clothes. However, if you want fabric softener, please instruct us to use it with your order.

We use Tide, Persil, or Kirkland, all rated as “excellent” or “very good” by Consumer Reports. In case you would like a different detergent, please let us know.
Note: A detergent outside of the ones we usually use will incur a $10 surcharge.

Include the hangers with your laundry and indicate in “special instructions” which items you want hung.

Yes. If you have items, you want hung-dry, put them out for pickup in separate bag and label the bag “hang dry”.

Unfortunately, we do not currently

We can handle anything that fits in a standard sized residential washer and dryer. Large puffy items, like comforters, bathmats, pillows, and dog beds, are an extra $8 per item.
In case we can’t wash an item, it will be returned unwashed, with a comment on the order online, and a refund for the item.
